What i did was launched steam > Library > Add a Game > Add Non Steam game > Rockstar games Launcher. In steam > settings > Controller i do have "Guide Button Focuses Steam" and "Playstation Configuration Support" selected by default and at the bottom it says detected Controllers : Playstation 5 Controller.
