Under the bumper the undertray is 5 bolts each side 8mm and 3 10mm bolts across the front of the tray plus 4 pushfit clips. Once these are removed slide the tray backwards and it slides out. On the passenger front side you will see the washer pump at the bottom front of that side. It does pull out and yes you get wet arms.
