To begin multiplayer mode, you will simply have to select “Multiplayer Mode” from the main screen. To enjoy multiplayer mode, you won’t have to play the game all over again but instead simply pick your save file from among the options available. As you continue with the game, you will notice a message saying “Client is Connected” once
With a contract you are allowed to work on the fields/equipment/farm of the other player. Transferring money is pretty easy, you can transfer money from your farm to another farm (as in paying for his help). The game doesn't check on any work or delivery so no problem by just giving money away. For the crops, you need the contracts.
Like the other commenter mentioned, it’s almost certainly a version issue. Make sure you both have the same version and make sure they have the same name in your mod folder if you’re on PC. No “(1)” at the end or anything. That WILL mess stuff up.
Have the same issue here too. Our "work around" is that whoever is hosting needs to do an Xbox hard reset.This solves it about 90% of the time.Sometimes you can get away with jumping back to your home screen, close the game and reboot.Or if that doesn't work. Close the game again, load up another game. Quit and close that game and re-load FS.
